PARENTS TEACHER ASSOCIATION (P.T.A)
We play a pivotal role by conducting quarterly meeting to facilitate regular communication between parents teachers and administrators, ensuring everyone is informed about our school system, events, and policies. This meeting foster collaboration between teachers and parents, providing insight into students’ academic progress, behaviour and character development, ultimately supporting their holistic growth. These meeting forge a strong teacher parents partnership, to boost students’ academic success throughout the session.
PTA Schedule:
- First PTA – November (Before Mid-Term Examinations)
- Second PTA – January: Centered on evaluating the outcomes of the First Term Exams
- Third PTA – April (Before Final Term Examinations)
In addition to these scheduled meetings, personalized feedback sessions and one-on one consultations are regularly arranged. These individual meetings provide parents with tailored insights into their child’s performance, helping to create a more focused and supportive learning environment.
Orientation Sessions:
Throughout the academic year, special parent orientations are held to introduce families to the teaching’s strategies, assessment methods, and learning tools used at MCCS particularly in the Montessori section. These sessions equip parents with valuable knowledge to support their child’s educational journey beyond the classroom.
Code of Conduct:
All students are expected to follow the school’s code of conduct. Any violation of rules may lead to disciplinary action, including suspension or expulsion, depending on the nature of misconduct.
