Orientation for Montessori Students Transition to the Primary Section – MCCS

This session is designed to familiarize families with the new academic environment, classroom structure. The orientation highlights the shift from play-based learning to a more structured and formal curriculum that balances academics with creativity and academic development.

GRADE 8 ORIENTATIONS:

We hold extensive orientation program at the end of the session for grade 8 students and parents. The purpose of this program is to prepare both parents and students for the new challenges and learning opportunity of O’Level students with CAIE. In this session, we introduce the teaching and learning approaches as well as the assessment criteria for CAIE exam.  In this session we also provide in depth knowledge and complete guidance to the parents on how to support their child’s preparation for these exams, including understanding exams format, managing study schedule and leveraging resources to maximize student potential.
